Client Brief

A US based software and services organisation retained us to establish software distribution and associated service businesses in Hungary and the Czech Republic.

 

Method

We identified existing technology companies with the potential to operate as distributors.

After due diligence we negotiated distribution contracts.

We then provided interim management for one year to train marketing, sales and support teams and transfer product knowledge.

 

Outcomes

Both businesses were successfully established and employees met the development goals set for them.

The businesses went on to successfully serve the Hungarian and Czech markets.
